Palladium uses a global capability model called eSCM to assist companies who are thinking of outsourcing, insourcing or moving to a shared services model. We work with clients to develop a clear understanding at senior management level of the business implications involved, and before a tender is even thought about, creating a set of performance indicators which are driven by the business not by the outsourcing vendor. Palladium is committed to ensuring that sourcing arrangements deliver value on an ongoing basis. All Palladium consultants have undergone extensive training on the eSCM model.
Palladium has led implementation of significant regulatory projects in the Financial Services Sector. These have included projects to establish a new investment firm (MiFID and IMD), to introduce MiFID compliance processes to a large credit institution and to introduce MCR (minimum competency requirements) processes to a large credit institution. Palladium’s Director, Traoloch Collins, is a law graduate from Trinity College and leads the development of competence in this area within the firm. Simon Kean, a consultant within the firm, has worked on a large number of compliance projects in the UK and Ireland – having previously worked in the UK Financial Services Regulator (the FSA).
Businesses are now looking to implement software solutions quickly and efficiently. Palladium has worked with clients to ensure that these solutions are architected correctly from a business perspective as well as deployed within budget. Daniel Berman (Palladium Director) is leading Palladium’s growth in this area. Palladium recently led the business design and implementation of a Salesforce.com solution in the Ulster Bank Group.
