McInerney Group Plc : Sourcing Review

Palladium was engaged by McInerney PLC to review a decision to establish a Shared Services Centre. We advised our client that we felt the business was not large enough to justify the cost associated with establishing a shared service centre. We proposed a smaller scale change which would still deliver on their business objectives. The Palladium recommendations were accepted. Palladium have since been engaged on an 18 month project to streamline specific business functions within McInerney PLC.

Ulster Bank Group: Sourcing Review

Palladium was engaged by Ulster Bank when they were establishing a new Wealth Division in 2006. Palladium undertook a review of the organisation’s service model over an eight week period. Palladium delivered an automated solution to manage reconciliations and deliver improved Management Information.
