Daniel Berman
Director
Daniel is a graduate of Trinity College. He combines a strong entrepreneurial vision with detailed understanding of the outsourcing and shared services industry. Daniel is Palladium’s lead Solution Architect – and has led sourcing work in key clients such as Ulster Bank, First Active and McInerney Group.
Prior to founding Palladium, Daniel worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, AOL Technologies and Accenture, where he was responsible for managing outsourcing engagements, including assessments and implementations.
Daniel is a keen amateur photographer and musician. Daniel’s favourite gift to date has been a subscription to Wired Magazine. He hates facebook.
Traoloch Collins
Director
Traoloch is Palladium’s Strategy lead, and has led work in NIB, HBOS and Ulster Bank. Traoloch has an enormous appetite for driving business focussed and creative solutions for our clients.
Before joining Palladium Traoloch held a number of Senior Management positions in Ericsson. Most recently he was Director of Ericsson’s System Integration Delivery business in Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has extensive experience managing outsourcing partners. In previous roles in Ericsson Traoloch managed the Business Consulting Team in CEMA and was a Sales Director towards Vodafone UK.
Traoloch is a keen sailor and hillwalker. Traoloch’s favourite birthday gift to date has been an apparently indestructible North Face fleece jacket. He loves facebook.
